COLOUR ACCURACY

The colour of products may vary slightly depending on your screen so please be aware that they might look slightly different in person. I try to capture the colours as true to form as possible but there will always be a slight difference from a picture than in real life.

PHOTO QUALITY

Please make sure that when you are ordering photo items that you choose photo's of a decent quality. If you are unsure please pop me a message with your photo choice(s) before ordering and I can check them for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to MB double H Inspired Designs. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We, therefore, recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We may refuse to accept an order if;

We do not receive your payment
There has been a pricing, discount offer or products description error
The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
Personalised products contain content that may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as indecent, offensive, racist, pornographic, etc.

In any refusal, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.

We try to keep a good stock of products and will keep the website as updated as possible. If an item is showing as in stock when you order and for any reason this isn't the case you will be offered an alternative or a full refund. If I can restock the item quickly but it may delay the turnaround time you will be notified and given all options.

We endeavour to ensure all information on the website is up to date and correct, however we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of this. We may make changes to any information, products, descriptions and prices at anytime without notice.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Please allow 10 working days to receive your items from placing your order. However we generally do get orders out quicker than this it just depends on how busy we are. This turnaround time may change during extremely busy periods but we will always update the website. If you require something sooner by a certain date please contact us before placing your order as we may be able to fullfil your request depending on what you are ordering.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

All parcels are sent via Royal Mails tracked 48hour service. Postage cost starts at a flat rate of £4.00 for up to 2kg. Postage within the UK only.

SHOPPING

COLLECTIONS

Orders must be collected within 2 weeks of the date on your collection email, this includes weekends. We are as flexible as possible when it comes to collections allowing them outside normal hours and at weekends as long as someone is home giving you plenty of time to be able to collect. Please note as the business is based in a home setting we just don't have the room to store orders any longer than this. We also send out reminder messages/emails. If orders aren't collected within this timeframe without reasonable excuse or explanation a further final reminder will be sent. Any orders not collected after three weeks will either be sold on or donated to charity. No refunds will be given for uncollected orders.

RETURNS

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or if there has been a mistake made on our behalf. If an item is damaged you must contact us within 24hours of receiving your order. Please include a detailed description of the damage, photos of the damage and photos of all the packaging your order came in. Please note without all of this we cannot issue a refund. If you wish to return a non-personalised item that is not damaged the cost of the return is your responsibility. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving them in an unused state complete with packaging and all components to receive a refund. We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit that you return so recommend you sending it via a tracked or recorded service. A refund will only be issued once we receive the item and are satisfied it is unused and in the same condition it left us.The returns policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery or if you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process such as the wrong address or a spelling mistake on a personalised item. Please note refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.

COMPLAINTS PROCEEDURE

We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service and great relationships with our customers. However if you are not happy with something and wish to make a complaint please email us at info@mbhh.uk. We will respond within 48hours (not including bank holidays and weekends) Complaints will only be dealt with via email.
